We act as a trusted third-party escrow service that holds funds securely, releases payments only when contract milestones are met, and provides adjudication support to resolve disputes. Our aim is to protect both homeowners and contractors, ensuring timely, transparent, and fair payment practices.
Many domestic building projects suffer from delays, withheld payments, lack of oversight, and disputes.
