I ordered 100 willow whips and paid for them 2 months ago. 2 weeks ago I had an email to say my plants had been shipped. Promises of delivery did not materialise despite waiting on my forecourt for many days. Both the delivery firm Tuffnells and Yorkshire Willow were very dishonest with me. Yorkshire will deducted more than £ 15 from my refund. Now that is a scam.
